A Pulaski County man is facing federal charges related to child sexual abuse material.
45-year-old Ricky Lee Bumgardner was charged by a federal grand jury last week on four counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
Bumgardner was previously charged in Pulaski County Circuit Court on 20 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor Under 12 Years of Age.
He’s set to go to trial on the state charges later this month. He has not yet appeared in federal court.
