Missing Pulaski veteran found safe

Update: Mr. Coomer has been found safe and returned to his family.

A Pulaski County veteran has been reported missing.

54-year-old Frank K. Coomer of Somerset was last seen leaving his residence this past Saturday at around 3:00 local time. Coomer reportedly left his residence driving a 2009 blue Honda Civic with a Kentucky license plate L8H251. His direction of travel is unknown.

Authorities say Coomer is suffering from a medical condition and concern for his well-being is heightened.

Coomer is described as a white male, approximately 6-feet tall and weighing approximately 151 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt, blue jeans and boots.

Anyone with information regarding Coomer’s whereabouts is asked to contact Kentucky State Police Post 11 at 606-878-6622.
