RC Animal Welfare League’s Spay/Neuter clinics have reduced number of stray animals

The Russell County Animal Welfare League’s Spay and Neuter Clinic has been a benefit to the county.

That’s according to Russell County Judge-Executive Randy Marcum. He told WJRS News he believes the clinic has helped reduce the number of stray animal calls for the county.

The court voted unanimously to approve providing the funds for the clinic.
