Phillips signs with Southern Indiana for swim

Russell County Laker Swim’s Jacob Phillips signed this week to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville.

Phillips has been a key member of the Laker Swim Team the last several seasons, breaking multiple school records. He was named the Region 3 Swimmer of the Meet at last year’s regional competition and became the first medalist in Laker Swim History at the 2025 state meet.
