The Lady Laker Volleyball team picked up a district win over Monroe County last night.
The Lady Lakers are now 2-0 in district play. They return to action this weekend, as they participate in the Rockcastle Invitational.
The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Basketball teams swept Green County on the road last night.
The 6th grade team won 28-16.
7th grade won a close one by a score of 32-29.
8th grade won 31-16.
