The Russell County Board of Education will meet in special session this evening.
The board will meet at 5 p.m. at the Russell County ANC.
The board will discuss ongoing building projects within the district, including the bus garage and field house projects, as well as the planned marching band practice area project.
The special-called meeting is taking place after the regular monthly meeting, which would have taken place last Monday, was postponed.
The meeting is open to the public.
