The Russell Springs Police Department made a pair of drug-related arrests over the weekend.
42-year-old Shawnta Renee Wilson was arrested yesterday at around 5:30 p.m. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree – hydrocodone, illegal possession of a legend drug, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, and other traffic charges.
57-year-old Terrill J. Johnson Jr. was arrested just after 2 p.m. Saturday. He was charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, driving on a DUI-suspended license, and other traffic charges.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
