A Russell Springs man was recently indicted in Adair County.
Waylon Polston of Russell Springs was indicted on charges including trafficking in marijuana between 8 ounces and 5 pounds, possession of a controlled substance second degree – drug unspecified, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an incident on April 29.
