Garner strikes out 10 as RCMS Baseball defeats Green County

It was a big night for Keaton Garner and the middle school Laker Baseball team last night as Garner struck out 10 batters to lead Russell County to a 5-0 victory over Green County.

Garner struck out 10 batters while only giving up 1 hit in 4 innings of work on the mound.

At the plate, Will Coffey had 2 hits and drove in 2 runs. Rylan Long also drove in a pair of runs for the Lakers.

The middle school Lakers host Whitley County tonight, beginning at 5:30.
