Russell Springs man arrested in Casey County

A Russell Springs man was arrested over the weekend in Casey County.

34-year-old Cecil D. Stacy was arrested and charged with strangulation second degree and assault fourth degree – minor injury.

Stacy was arrested by the Casey County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Casey County Jail just after 5:15 local time Sunday morning.
