A Pulaski County man was arrested yesterday after he was accused of sexually assaulting two children.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said 28-year-old Marion Adam Pence is charged with rape – third degree and rape – first degree with the victim being younger than 12 years old.
Authorities in Pulaski County say Pence was initially charged in January after a missing 14-year-old from the Science Hill area was located with Pence in his vehicle in a church parking lot. That incident led to the rape – third degree charge.
That investigation led deputies to believe Pence was a suspect in another sexual assault with a victim who was 11-years-old. An arrest warrant for that sexual assault was served on Pence yesterday.
The investigation is ongoing by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. Pence remains lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
