Thomas Lynn Wooldridge, 80, of Waverly, VA passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on February 18, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Dianna Wooldridge, his parents, Frank Albert and Callie Mae Wooldridge; brothers, John Neal Wooldridge, Alfred Lee Wooldridge and Baby Larry Wooldridge.
Thomas grew up in Russell Springs Kentucky. He served in the United States, Navy, and later became a successful entrepreneur. Thomas loved fostering and helping children, he called all of them his children. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming and spending time with his family. Thomas was dedicated to helping others in his family and in his community.
He is survived by his; children, Sabrina (Jerold), Samantha (Michael), Serena, Robert (Kristen), Christian, Dianna (Codey), Antonio, Jesse, Dylin (Jaclynn), and many foster children; grandchildren, Jessica (David), Thomas (Gabriella), Tina (LJ), Kimber (Michael), Elaine, Cara Lynn (Stephen), Zander, Carlton, Margaret, Addison, Corbin, Braedon, Khloe, Cisco, Christian Jr, Alijah, Alaiya, and China; great grandchildren, Serenity, David Jr., Cianna, Elena, LJ, Timothy and Wrenley; brother Vernon; sisters Margaret and Shirley, Debra Lee and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Murray Cemetery in Jamestown with military honors by the Russell County Honor Squad.
