Russell Springs woman arrested on multiple charges

A Russell Springs woman was arrested on multiple charges just after midnight this morning.

Russell Springs Police arrested 36-year-old Jacquelin Moreno and charged her with wanton endangerment first degree, reckless driving, fleeing or evading police 1st degree, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance – third offense, and failure to maintain insurance.

Moreno was arrested by officer Mason Miniard with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 12:30 this morning.
