The Russell County Sheriff’s Office worked a three-vehicle collision on Highway 80 yesterday.
The collision happened yesterday afternoon just after 3 o’clock near the intersection of Highway 80 and West Drive.
The sheriff’s office said Lisa Eastham of Russell Springs was operating a 2018 Nissan Murano westbound and was attempting to turn left when she was struck in the rear by a 2007 Pontiac G6 operated by Cristy Passmore, also of Russell Springs.
Passmore’s vehicle was then struck in the rear by a 2005 Chevy HHR, operated by Antonio Martinez of Russell Springs.
The sheriff’s office stated Eastham reported chest pains and an ambulance responded to the scene, but she later denied transport.
Deputy Nick Barber is leading the investigation for the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
