RCHS has strong showing at regional DECA competition

The Russell County High School DECA chapter had a strong showing at regional competition this week at Western Kentucky University.

All 43 students that competed in the regional competition advanced to the state competition in March.

The Russell County DECA chapter is advised by Karlie Berry, the Marketing teacher at Russell County High School.

The DECA program prepares students for careers in the marketing, hospitality, finance and management fields.
