Oklahoma man arrested in Clinton County on rape, sexual abuse charge

An Oklahoma man was arrested in Clinton County yesterday on charges of rape and sexual abuse.

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62-year-old Dale Perales and charged him with rape – first degree and sexual abuse first degree with the victim being under the age of 12.

Perales was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 10:30 yesterday morning.
