WJRS is continuing to track a potential winter storm that could impact the area Sunday into Monday.
Current models indicate much of the winter weather will remain north of Russell County, but that is subject to change as the path of the weather system could shift.
The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a winter storm watch, which includes Casey County, Green County, and Taylor County, but does not include Russell or other surrounding counties at this time.
