July was a busy month for the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
Last month, the sheriff’s office reported 472 calls for service through 911. The sheriff’s office made 43 arrests, responded to 15 domestic calls, and performed 55 traffic stops.
During July, sheriff’s deputies worked 25 traffic accidents including 7 with injuries, provided 3 mental health transports, served 71 court papers, provided 100 vehicle inspections, and issued 16 concealed carry of deadly weapon permits.
