A body has been recovered following the search for a person that went missing on Lake Cumberland Sunday evening.
Crews recovered the body near the Garland Bend area after picking up the search again Monday morning.
Russell County Search and Rescue crews were called in to assist with recovery efforts. Seven members of Russell County Search and Rescue assisted with recovery efforts on Monday.
According to Russell County Search and Rescue, the body was recovered sometime around 11:30 a.m. Monday.
According to various social media posts from family members, the victim was identified as Sonny Ehrsam of Somerset.
It is believed that he fell off a boat Sunday evening and never resurfaced.
