RCHS tennis competes at region tournament

Members of the Russell County High School tennis team competed at the region tournament over the weekend.

Abby Helm advanced to the region quarterfinials in singles by defeating Allen County Scottsville in a third-set tiebreaker.

Breanna Trautman and Ellie Terry advanced to the quarterfinials in doubles by defeating Logan County in two sets.

On the boys side, the duo of Carson Buras and Ethan Coe were defeated by the 2-seed South Warren in the second round.
