A Clinton County man was arrested yesterday on drug related charges. Tommy Clayborn, 49 of Albany, was charged by Clinton County Sheriff Rick Marcum around 9 o’clock yesterday morning with possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine) and also with violation of an EPO/DVO.
Last evening, 32 year old Jenny Benningfield of Russell Springs was arrested by Deputy Nathan Bradshaw and charged with first degree disorderly conduct, assault fourth degree, and alcohol intoxication.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
