The Russell Springs City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting this evening.
Mayor Eddie Thomas is expected to give his annual state of the city address at the meeting, and the council is expected to vote on adopting Rock Quarry Road into the city streets system.
The council will meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Main Street.
