The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Softball team picked up a pair of wins on the road at Casey County last night.
The A team came out on top by a score of 18-1.
Kensley Wilson had a big day at the plate, picking up 4 hits and driving in a run. Olivia Robertson finished with 3 hits and drove in a run as well. Kaelyn Campbell, Hallie Knight, and Lilian Davis each drove in a pair of runs.
Allie Bailey picked up the win pitching, as she gave up just 1 run on 3 hits and struck out 11 batters.
In the B game, the Lady Lakers came out on top by a score of 8-1.
