The Russell County Middle School Laker Baseball team shut out Casey County last night by a score of 26-0.
Talan Huckaby led the Laker offense with a pair of hits, driving in 5 runs. Holden Hadley and Christian Williams each drove in 3 runs.
Keaton Garner pitched the three-inning no-hitter, striking out 5 of 9 batters.
In the B game, the Lakers were victorious by a score of 6-2.
