The Jamestown City Council recognized multiple volunteer firefighters at its meeting last week.
Mayor Regena Hinton said she appreciates the work and sacrifice the firefighters make and was glad to recognize them at the meeting.
The firefighters recognized for years of service were: Major Michael Clark – 10 years ; Lieutenant Billy Bunch – 15 years ; Major Phillip Anderson – 25 years ; Major Junior Malone – 40 years ; and Chief Jeff Landers – 40 years.
