The Russell County Lady Laker Softball team is set to get its season officially underway this evening.
The Lady Lakers open their season on the road with a matchup against the Somerset Lady Briar Jumpers.
First pitch for this evening’s matchup from Somerset High School is scheduled for 5 p.m. CT.
The Lady Lakers play in their home opener tomorrow, when they host Campbellsville.
