Russell Springs Police made an arrest in regard to a gas station being burglarized three times late last month.
Russell Springs Police say 18-year-old Ryan West was arrested and charged with burglary third degree.
According to police, the West Highway 80 Marathon station was burglarized three times between Saturday, October 28 and Tuesday, October 31, and a tip led to the identification of West as a suspect in the burglaries.
The investigation by officers Brenton Llane and Mason Miniard, along with Lieutenant Bobby Pritchard, led to the arrest and recovery of stolen merchandise.
