A Russell Springs man is charged with promoting contraband and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to reports, 54-year-old Michael G. White was arrested and charged with a probation violation for a felony offense, and was later charged with promoting contraband and possession of drug paraphernalia.
White was arrested by Officer Heath Tarter with the Jamestown Police Department and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
