A Russell Springs man was arrested and charged with rape over the weekend.
According to reports, 53-year-old Andy Kimball was arrested and charged with rape third degree and custodial interference.
Kimball was arrested Friday night by Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 8:30. \
