Russell Springs man arrested by KSP in Adair County

A Russell Springs man was arrested in Adair County by Kentucky State Police yesterday.

According to reports, 33-year-old Shannon Coty McGowan was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI-suspended license and not having a license in possession.

He was arrested by Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just after 3 p.m.
