Lake levels comparable with recent years

While the water levels at Lake Cumberland are on the lower side, they remain comparable with recent years.

Lake Cumberland’s water level has been at around 689 feet, which is a bit on the low side due to dry conditions over the last couple weeks, but recent rainfall should cause an increase in the lake levels.

The lake level at this time last year was listed at around 687 feet and was 689 two years ago. Levels in 2020 were higher, recorded at around 694-695 feet.

The highest level the lake has been at this time in recent years was in 2018, when lake levels were listed at almost 713 feet.
