Elvis L. Simpson, 67, of Russell Springs, passed away Sunday, November 19th, at his residence.
Elvis was born in Jamestown, KY on August 30, 1956, a son of the late Mary Rose (Pierce) and Logan Simpson.
Elvis is survived by
wife, Debra (Womack) Simpson, of Russell Springs, KY
Two daughters, Clara Bunch, of Russell Springs, KY; Rachel Simpson, of Shelbyville, KY;
Two sons Nicholas Simpson, of Russell Springs, KY; Christopher Simpson (Kandace), of Jamestown, KY;
Two sisters, Hettie Cooper, of Garland, TX; Ada Mitchell, of IN.
Three brothers, Leon Simpson, of Jamestown, KY; Ringo Simpson, of Jamestown, KY; Andy Simpson, of Russell Springs, KY;
He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Adam Dixon, grandson Ricky Simpson, 4 brothers Jimmy Pierce, Billy Pierce, Paul Simpson, Thomas Simpson, a sister Lilly Watkins.
Friends may visit 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 21st at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
It was Elvis’s wish for cremation the family will have a private inurnment at a later date.
