A Burnside man was arrested by Kentucky State Police locally yesterday.
According to reports, 32-year-old Christopher E. Jones was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance – third offense, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a DUI-suspended license, and other charges.
Jones was arrested by Trooper Harper with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 6:45 p.m. yesterday.
