Gary Dean Burton, 74, of Windsor, passed away Monday, October 16th, at Jean Waddle Care Center, Somerset, KY.
Gary was born in Windsor, KY on December 13, 1948, a son of the late Dorneth (Owens) and Orvis Burton. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired businessman and farmer.
Gary is survived by wife, Dinah (Rowland) Burton
a daughter, Kelli Moore (Sam)
two sons, Tony Dean Burton (Tina) and Eric Burton
two sisters, Juree Emerson and Josephine Brockman
mother-in-law, Faye Rowland
He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Rodney Burton, a sister Fern Grider, and a grandson Dagen Burton.
Friends may visit 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT on Friday, October 20th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY. A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM CT on Saturday, October 21st at Cedar Springs Cemetery in Windsor, KY with full military honors by the Casey County Honor Squad. Burial in Cedar Springs Cemetery, Windsor, KY. Pallbearers: Tony Burton, Eric Burton, Dakota Burton, Kenny Burton, Marshall Godsey and Troy Brockman.
