A Crab Orchard woman was arrested locally by Kentucky State Police yesterday.
According to reports, 52-year-old Linda Smith was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seat belt.
Smith was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 5:30 yesterday evening.
