South Kentucky RECC CEO and President Ken Simmons has announced his resignation.
Simmons’ resignation will be effective next Friday, Sept. 15.
Simmons has served in the role since 2020 and will be moving to take a similar position in Georgia to be closer to family.
South Kentucky RECC’s Board of Directors is expected to appoint an interim CEO in the near future before launching a search for the company’s next executive.
