The Russell County Lady Laker Volleyball team made it back-to-back wins to start the season by taking down Metcalfe County at home last night.
In the team’s district opener, the Lady Lakers swept Metcalfe County, winning in three sets with scores of 25-17, 25-13, and 25-8.
The Lady Lakers are back in action this evening, hitting the road to play in the Apollo Summer Slam tonight and tomorrow.
The Lady Lakers are scheduled to take on Muhlenberg County this evening.
