A Russell Springs man is charged with sexual abuse of a minor.
According to jail records, 44-year-old Joseph Harris was arrested yesterday and charged with sexual abuse of a minor first degree with the victim under 12 years of age.
Harris remains lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
