A well-known search crew from Louisiana is coming to Kentucky to assist in the search for a man from Wayne County who has been missing for nearly a year.
Cajun Search and Rescue, which has assisted with other missing people in Kentucky, is coming in to assist with the search.
Ricky Griffis went missing around July 4 last year. He was last seen in the Burnside area of Pulaski County.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate, and search crews from the sheriff’s office are expected to search the area again where his car , wallet, and cell phone were found a few days after he went missing.
