A truck driver from Lubbock, Texas is accused of running vehicles off the road in neighboring Wayne County.
According to reports, William Eustace was arrested Sunday evening and charged with speeding, reckless driving, and fleeing or evading police.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies were called after reports came in to dispatch that a man operating a semi truck was traveling east on Highway 90 and running cars off the road.
When police tried to pull the driver over, he reportedly refused to stop for nearly four miles, finally stopping near the Pulaski County line.
After being stopped, officers spent several minutes trying to get Eustace to leave the vehicle.
He was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
