A Somerset man entered a guilty plea to charges of possession of child pornography.
James Joseph Stagg, age 43, is facing 35 counts of possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by minor under 12 and 17 counts of distribution.
If the agreement is accepted, Stagg will serve a total of 10 years on the charges.
Circuit Judge Eddy Montgomery scheduled his sentencing for July 20.
