A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Monday evening on drug and traffic charges.
According to jail records, 52-year-old Robert Thall was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, failure to maintain insurance, and speeding.
Thall was arrested by Trooper Jacob Harper with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 6:15 p.m. yesterday.
