The following is the latest retail and restaurant inspections report from the Lake Cumberland District Health Department. These inspections took place on May 1st.
Save A Lot: Retail 99%, exterior door for stock room not properly sealed.
Jax’s Mini Mart: Food 98%, Retail 100%, no paper towels at handsink in food prep area, rinse temperature gauge broken on dishwasher.
Acapulco Mexican Grill: Food 100%.
An establishment may pass inspection by having a score between 85 and 100 but critical violations must be corrected within 10 days. Otherwise, violations are expected to be corrected by the next inspection.
