The Russell County High School Lady Laker softball team was back in action on the road Wednesday as they traveled to Adair County to take on the Lady Indians. Russell County came away with a big 9-1 victory over their rival. The two teams will play again on May 12th.
Tonight, the Lady Laker softball team heads to Albany for a district doubleheader with the Clinton County Lady Bulldogs. The first game begins at 5 p.m. with the nightcap to follow.
