Jamestown Dive/Rescue saves man from potential drowning

The Jamestown Dive and Rescue team saved a man from a possible drowning last week.

According to a report, the Jamestown Fire Department was called to respond to the Jamestown Marina last Wednesday to assist with a man who had fallen from his boat and was floating on an object in the water.

Five members of the team were already present on the water at the Jamestown Marina working, and were able to respond to the male subject within minutes of the page.

The man was transported to the hospital via EMS to be treated.
