Early in-person voting for the 2023 primary election will begin next week at the South Kentucky RECC Community Room.
Early voting at the RECC will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday next week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Any registered voter in Russell County can vote early at the RECC, regardless of precinct.
Election Day is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16.
