2 arrested Thursday by Jamestown Police

Two people were arrested by the Jamestown Police Department Thursday evening.

According to jail records, 26-year-old Victoria Hurley of Russell Springs was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Zachary Mann, age 21, of Park City, Ky., was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

JPD Officer Larry Wesley made the arrests. Both Hurley and Mann were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 9 p.m. Thursday.
