The Russell County Middle School 8th grade Lady Laker Basketball team claimed the conference championship last night with a win over Adair County.
The 8th grade Lady Lakers defeated Adair County 42-19 to pick up the win.
Point guard Addy Abrell was named Tournament MVP and Co-Conference Player of the Year.
