Grand jury indicts 16

A Russell County grand jury indicted 16 individuals yesterday.

Those indicted included the following:

  • Adam Mann, 37, of Russell Springs, on charges of burglary first degree, two counts of assault third degree, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief first degree, and being a persistent felony offender.
  • David Wisdom, 34, of Russell Springs, on charges of driving under the influence fourth or greater offense, reckless driving, and failure to wear a seat belt.
  • Bethany Roberts, 28, of Liberty, on a charge of bail jumping first degree.
  • Courtney Gray, 29, of Russell Springs, on charges of bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Alex Kemp, 23, of Jamestown, on two counts of assault fourth degree, two counts of strangulation first degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place, burglary second degree, resisting arrest, and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Brittany Butrum, 34, of Martinsville, Indiana, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
  • Michael Rubbo, 28, of Columbia, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
  • Latasha Popplewell, 34, of Russell Springs, on charges of flagrant non-support and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Prestin Sneed, 29, of Columbia, on charges of flagrant non-support and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Waylon Jeffrey Smith, 33, of Russell Springs, on charges of flagrant non-support and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Teresa Neathery, 45, of Williamstown, on charges of flagrant non-support and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Ronald Cooper, 38, of Winchester, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
  • Christopher Hatchell, 36, of Louisville, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
  • Frederick Katon, 29, of Russell Springs, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
  • William Riggins, 28, of Columbia, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
  • Austin McCormack, 27, of Sparta, Tennessee, on a charge of flagrant non-support.
