An Adair County man was arrested and faces charges of multiple sex crimes.
According to Adair County Jail records, 28-year-old William C. Loy is facing charges of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy, and sexual abuse first degree.
Loy was arrested last week and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
